APOMA's Chair, Peter Allen attended a conciliation hearing in Adelaide recently regarding gaming machines. The meeting was adjourned for a directions hearing where details of a formal hearing will be confirmed. We expect the formal hearing to be late October-early November. There is a possibilty that the hearing will be held in Andamooka, we will keep the community up to date,
